Gekko 10 years raffle

Terms and conditions

1. This is a raffle for Dutch Gekko users with their company profile in the Netherlands, and guided by the principles of promotionele kansspelen as set out by the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit.

2. Only Gekko users that have left a review at the feedback company before the 25th of June 2024, using the email that corresponds with their account email as set in their profile are eligible for entry.

3. Gekko hero users that have a Gekko Hero badge in their account are the only users that are eligable for Jackpot prizes. Eligibilty for Jackpot prizes is determined by your account status on the 25th of June 2024

4. Gekko Premium users (including Hero users) that have a paid Premium account are the only users that are eligable for First prizes. Eligibility for First prizes is determined by your account status on the 25th of June 2024.

5. All users (including Basic, Premium and Hero users) with any Gekko account are eligible for Second prizes.

6. Accounts that have failed to complete their last Premium payment but have not been downgraded yet ("grace period" status) are not eligible for Jackpot and First prizes and will be considered Basic accounts for this contest.

7. Any employees or associates of Gekko or any of their direct family is excluded from participation.

8. Winners will be determined on the 25th of June 2024 by lottery draw.

9. Your name and email must match the name and email in your Gekko account to be eligible for this promotion.

10. False reviews by non-users will be removed from contention.

11. Participants have to be over 16 years old in order to enter.

12. Kansspelbelasting may apply in some cases.
