Is the free account unlimited?

Yes! The basic plan has everything you need to do the books online and you can use it for free as long as you want. We hope you'll like our premium features enough to upgrade of course but it's not needed to enjoy Gekko.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and direct bank transfers via iDeal (for dutch customers).

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no contract on the monthly plan — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty. The annual plan is a one-year contract and our best value (one free month!). You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year.

What’s your refund policy?

We do not refund initial payments, but in case you want to cancel your subscription and it was just renewed, you can ask for a refund within 10 days after the payment was subtracted. We will then refund your last payment in full. We will always be fair and reasonable about refunds but if you want to know more about the rules, please check our user agreement for more details.
